The Challenge

Medicare Telehealth needed to launch a remote consultation platform in 90 days. The platform had to be HIPAA-compliant, support video consultations, handle prescription management, and integrate with existing EHR systems. Off-the-shelf solutions were too expensive or did not meet compliance requirements.

Our Solution

We designed a HIPAA-compliant architecture with end-to-end encrypted video consultations (WebRTC), a secure messaging system, and EHR integration via HL7 FHIR APIs. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with full audit logging. We implemented role-based access control ensuring doctors see only their patients' records.
